Instructional Resources for Fabrication
Below are examples of instructional guides designed by myself and my team as a resource for students and faculty at the School of The Art Institute in Chicago.


Sewing Instructional Guides:

Wood Working Instructional Guides:
Example of handout created for a three hour woodworking workshop focused on techniques for transforming rectilinear wood through cutting and bending to produce organic forms. This workshop was one of eight developed by myself and  my team for students and faculty in the Contemporary Practices Program at the School of the Art Institute.

Each class in the program attended a tool safety orientation in our fabrication shop. These workshops were designed to follow those sessions, giving participants immediate hands-on time with the tools while reinforcing fundamental concepts. The concepts in these workshops were design in collaboration with faculty such that they could serve as a steping off point for a class project.
